Life Filled with Positive Vibrations

You may have seen people who live their lives filled with positive energy and a sunny outlook. For many, leading such a life may seem well beyond their emotional capacity. However, what seems to be an outlook that a person could only be born with turns out to be something that anyone can learn and apply to their own nature.

Positive vibrations are really the flowing of positive energy through the body thanks to the outlook of your mind. The good news is that positive vibrations build on each other so that once the process starts it almost becomes automatic. Of course, finding the positive vibrations in your life will take a little effort as you turn the corner to embrace the virtues of being happy. You can work towards enhancing the positive vibrations that flow through you by following these steps towards greater personal happiness.

Meditation is recognized as one of the important methods for re-focusing your energy and thoughts. Even if you only have a minute or two each day, a bit of meditation can help you connect with your thoughts, intuition, and even a higher power that will help you clear your mind so that you can relax and focus on the task at hand. Eat Healthy

If you are what you eat, then you will want to consume foods that are good for your body and mind. Remember that the foods themselves actually vibrate with energy. So the more pure, nutritious food you can eat the better you will feel. Try to enjoy the food that has not been exposed to pesticides or has been processed if you can. Organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, and soy make for great foods with positive vibrations. Plus, if you can add extra virgin olive oil to your salads and other natural foods it will help as well.

Forgive

This may be the single hardest thing that anyone can do, but if you forgive those who have wronged you in the past, it will go a long way towards enhancing the positive vibrations in your life. Forgiveness is letting go of the anchor that is holding you back from your happiness. If you can learn to forgive, then you can start to enjoy the positive vibrations that makes your life more alive and beautiful.

Moderate Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol is very low on the positive vibration list along with the people who tend to consume a considerable amount of it each year. You’ll want to avoid drinking if you can or at least keep it in moderation. A good wine with your meal or an occasional shot of whiskey is one thing, but reliance on alcohol has destroyed many lives and you don’t want to be next.

Become Aware of Your Thoughts

If thoughts indeed become things, then it is important that you only choose the good ones. This means that every thought you have will have an impact on your personal being. So, the more you can change your thoughts to happy, bright, and positive, the better things will become for you. Of course, you should not expect things to change overnight, although you will start to notice how your perception is being changed for the better. Remember, this will not get rid of negative thoughts, but you’ll know what to do with them when they arrive.

Notice your Home Environment

Your home is filled with things that can affect your vibration, so you’ll want to decorate it with items that provide you with positive energy. From the colors to how your furniture is arranged, you can enhance the positive vibrations in your home with a little creativity and a real emphasis on personal improvement. Going feng shui on your home may be just the ticket to pull in those positive vibrations.

Listen to the Lyrics in Your Music

It’s amazing when listening to many songs just how downbeat or downright depressing many of the lyrics tend to be. However, what is happening is that your subconscious is picking out the negativity in the lyrics without you being aware of what is happening to your personal energy. In addition, the messages that the lyrics deliver are not only affecting your energy, but your thoughts as well. So, if you want to turn your life around, you’ll need to select the music that fills you with positive thoughts so that the vibrations can pick up in your life.

Embrace Random Acts of Kindness

This means that you should help others in ways both large and small that will bring a smile to their lives. Whether you donate to causes that you believe in or just pay for the toll of the person behind you, practicing random acts of kindness can greatly improve your mental state while helping someone else out in the process. Just remember to not ask for anything in return and if they insist, you tell them to pay it forward and help out someone else. Giving gifts and not expecting one in return to friends and family is a good example of expressing an unselfish act of kindness.

They say that you cannot choose your family, but you can choose your friends. Plus, it is a lot easier to stay focused on the good side of life when you have friends that provide you with the right type of guidance, spirit and energy that makes the positive vibrations only soar to greater heights.
